• You are a duly authorized representative of a Micro, Small, or Medium Enterprise (MSME) registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) applying for a commercial credit facility.

• All information you submit to BV Capital is true, accurate, and completely free of deliberate misrepresentation.

4. Nature of Financial Services and Applications

The content provided on this Site is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute a guaranteed offer of credit, financial advice, or a legally binding commitment to lend.

• Loan Approvals: All commercial loan applications submitted through this Site or our contact channels are subject to rigorous credit appraisal, cash-flow analysis, and final approval by the BV Capital Credit Committee.

• No Guarantee: Meeting the minimum eligibility requirements does not guarantee the disbursement of a loan facility. BV Capital reserves the right to decline any application without liability.
